marfa, marfa, marfa! every time i mentioned that i was roadtripping out to california from austin i was told that i absolutely had to go to marfa. so go i did and boy am i glad. for starters the drive out there was incredible. there were deserted desert highways with endless sky, there were teepees, there was prada! it felt like stepping back in time or onto a movie set. and you better believe i relished the fact that i was walking the hallowed ground where dame elizabeth taylor and her diamonds once walked while filming giant! it was an amazing stop and it definitely piqued my fascination with west texas. you better believe i'll be back sometime soon and i'm sensing some hot springs and some chihuahua desert in my future. but for now, it's back on the road and onto new mexico!
loving your dress!

These pictures are insane! I love the harsh lightings, and the blues are so surreally blue!
ReplyDeleteThat slit in the dress is key, and it fit syou so well. Can't believe you found such a flattering dress in a vintage store - I never find things that are figure flattering. I'm always tucking and pinning.
I JUST saw a picture of Beyonce in front of that prada store!! You're like, practically Beyonce-level famous now, you realize that, right? Love your interpreation, though. Face-plant into the window. That's how Prada should be done.
I'm LOVING following you on Instragram!!
